Polska Grupa Pocztowa brand returns to the market after a long process of restructuring and optimization of business processes and operations, with the intention of re-opening to low prices and high quality!
Since its establishment in 2006, the brand Polska Grupa Pocztowa has been associated with effective competition with Poczta Polska in the provision of letter services, both for mass and institutional broadcasters as well as individual ones. The effect of the above was not only a noticeable drop in the prices of postal services, with a simultaneous increase in the quality of their provision, especially in the letter services sector, but also the emergence of many innovative postal products, tailored to high customer expectations.
At present, prices for postal services - mainly for business mass senders - are growing rapidly, and further strengthening of the position of a single postal operator, i. e. Poczta Polska - will certainly cause their further growth in the near future.
In the meantime, we are convinced that traditional letter delivery - despite the dynamic development of technology and alternative communication methods - is still a very attractive method of conveying both information and smaller items. The above is generally due not only to the low technological awareness of Poles (of which only half use the Internet), but also to the obvious advantages of a letter, such as the permanence of the information recorded on a physical medium or the guarantee that the information will reach the addressee directly.

We handle regular mailings, i. e. items bearing an address, presented for acceptance or accepted for the purpose of transport and delivery, which are not postal packages. Correspondence shall be delivered by means of a letter box or directly to the addressee and, in special cases provided for by law, to a person authorised to receive correspondence for the addressee. Consignments to companies and institutions shall be delivered at their premises during opening hours or through mailboxes. Declared time of delivery to the addressee: up to 5 working days after the date of posting. Although we are not obliged to do so, we register ordinary letters and monitor them throughout the delivery process.
We offer a comprehensive service of confectioning and enveloping mail from materials or products ordered or entrusted to us.

- machine insertion of leaflets/decks into envelopes;
- manual enveloping of multi-card sets;
